Kalpatharu’s passionate, visionary founder T. Mani heads a pack of achievers that include dynamic, committed, smart and knowledgeable leaders providing the right direction and necessary value addition to the team.

T Mani, Managing Director

Mani is one of the renowned Software Professional with 25 years of IT experience, based at Coimbatore, having specialized expertise in providing Software Solutions to Textile Mills. He is one of the academically brilliant, first generation Computer Graduate, with Post Graduate degree in Applied Mathematics in the field of Engineering from PSG College of Technology, in 1978.

Mani worked for 9 years with three major group companies and handled computerisation of 12 subsidiaries in the group with varied sectors like Engineering, Textiles, Foundry, Trading, and Export House ultimately heading the EDP department as a Profit Center. He was instrumental in Design, Develop & Implement systems in Accounting, Payroll, Sales, Inventory and Production Systems and had an enterprising experience of successfully handling a public issue of one of the group companies.

Mani had a rare opportunity of working in Indonesia, as a systems consultant at Indo Rama Synthetics for a period of one year. Handled very successfully, the multi location operations of the company in office Automation and Production systems that are unique and complicated. Implemented a very effective marketing & sales system over a Wide Area Network.

Mani architected Kalsofte Textile ERP for spinning mills, based on the rich experience in developing, implementing and supporting applications with 150+ leading Spinning Mills in India and South East Asian countries between 1981 and 2001. Launched in April 2003, Kalsofte Textile ERP has been widely accepted as the comprehensive software solution for Spinning Mill Management.

D L Jeevandass, Director (Marketing & Development)

Jeevandass is a one of the few highly qualified professional, a
post-graduate in Textile Engineering from IIT Delhi, having the expertise in
TEXTILE and IT Industries. A well-mannered, highly organized,
pragmatic, fast learning and assertive individual who has travelled widely
across the country and abroad.

Jeevandass has a combined overall experience of 21+ years in Textile
and IT Industries. He has commenced his career as a Technician in
Textile Industry. He has served Voltas Limited (Textile Machinery Division)
for 7 years followed by a 5 year stint in freelance consulting to green
field entrepreneurs/projects. He has to his credit 4 spinning units,
very effectively implemented, operating successfully in Tamilnadu.

Jeevandass, with his versatile experience switched to IT as functional
consultant, served TATA Consultancy Services for close to 9 years in
various positions – Project Manager, Program Manager and Center Head. At TCS, he has managed large projects in various business domains like
Banking, Financial Services, Manufacturing, BPO (Call Centers) and
geographies like Switzerland, USA and India.

R G Anbuselvi, Director (Admin & Finance)

Anbuselvi is a shrewed, astute, well-behaved and highly organised administrator taking care of the company for the past fifteen years. Honed by post graduation in statistics, she has expceptionaly good analytical skills and lightning speed with numbers that helps in smooth functioning of the organisation.

S Sasikumar, Project Manager

Sasikumar is a hard working and pragmatic Textile technician from the floor level coming through an unusual background and 12+ years experience. In his last 3 years at mills, he has lead the SAP implementation and post-production support team at one of the most prominent SAP Textile Mills implementation in South India.

Sasikumar experience, as a Division officer of a mill with 17,000 spindles, includes production planning and monitoring, attending to customer quality complaints, overseeing maintenance activities. He has exposure to TQM, ISO 9000, 5S and JIT. A very organized process oriented person having thorough knowledge in Process Management, Project Management, Monitoring and Coordination. Very Customer focused and uses his in-depth technical knowledge to provide meaningful solution to customer businesses.

Our Team:

Kalpatharu Team comprises of a multi-talented, multi-disciplined, highly motivated individuals with varied experience levels seamlessly blending together, complementing and supplementing whenever required, to turn out the best possible in meeting the client requirements. Kalpatharu Team comprises of 40+ members with varied qualification and experience making it a well balanced one. Collectively the team has rich experience in developing and supporting various business processes of the ERP, successfully implementing and imparting user training at Mills and Factories.
